Jim Hansen

Jim is joining us from Riverbed where he led product strategy, product management, technical business development, and product operations. At Riverbed, he drove significant cultural and business transformations and introduced the Alluvio by Riverbed portfolio of products. Prior to Riverbed, Jim held product leadership roles at SolarWinds, AlienVault/AT&T, Splunk, and several other early-stage startups with successful growth and exits.

At Advantive, Jim will be responsible for product strategy and building the product management discipline to help identify customer needs and assess their willingness to buy, as well as to grow the Advantive business across the markets we serve.

Jim brings 22 years of product experience, working with large, geographically diverse development and product teams, and has a passion for customer-focused value creation and team building.

Jim holds a B.S. degree in Information & Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.
