Mike McGrail

Mike is a customer-centric operational executive with over 25 years of global experience  providing Consulting, Implementation, Managed Services, and Education across multiple industry sectors. At Advantive he will be responsible for developing a world-class organization on a global scale, delivering predictable and successful projects across all portfolio companies.

Prior to Advantive, Mike was Global VP of Professional Services at Blackberry where he was responsible for the integration of multiple acquisitions, as the company transitioned from a hardware supplier to a software company providing cybersecurity, endpoint management, critical event management, and embedded systems software. Prior to this, Mike was the Global VP of Professional Services at Nice Actimize, the global leader in financial crime compliance technology, offering solutions for anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, trade surveillance, and risk management.

Mike holds a BA (Hons) in Business & Finance from Middlesex University, an MBA in Strategic Operations Management from The University of Warwick both in the UK, and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at Columbia Business School.
